ARGHHH,
Husband - i love him dearly but he is really pushing me at the minute.
i have been recently made redundant. after discussing options we agreeded that we would not tell our folks and just get on with it.
we went to see his folks and to my surprise they were very sorry to hear about my redundancy.
fine ok, he told them but this now puts me in an arkward postion cos now i have to tell my folks or it is going to casue all sorts of problems for me in that (you told them but didn't tell us speech/ the wedding thing all over again)
and he knows my parents will do this and it will cause me no end of stress and greif over the next few months. i'm still trying to smooth things over after the wedding.
the way i feel at the moment i'm all for getting a train to go and see my mum and just wait to see if he would come for me. (something i doubt at the minute)
(DO NOT READ INTO THIS THAT WERE SPLITING UP - I AM VENTING)
hay don`t worry about it love, you know what us blokes are like we say one thing and do another!
Id go back and see your folks anyway and tell them anyhow. Parents are generally cool ppl, plus im sure theyll understand. Also now you got time to go see them, itll be nice to go back and spend time with them from time to time.
